The Arkieva home screen provides visibility into the most critical elements of your planning process. You can use the home screen to quickly access your highest priority Tasks and Alerts, view summary information about Sales Orders and Sales History, and more.

Toolbar

The Tool Bar is located at the top right of the application, and houses the Global Search, Workflows, Actions, Alerts, Comments, Mute Alerts, Help, Currency, Code, Theme, User call to actions options. 

Arkieva ROI and Forecast Accuracy

Arkieva ROI is an estimate of the money your company has saved by using Arkieva. The value is calculated based on company size, annual revenue, and forecast accuracy using machine learning algorithms.

How Does Arkieva Calculate ROI?

Forecast Accuracy is a measurement of how well the statistical forecast performed against your sales history.

Sales Orders

This figure represents all sales orders from the planning period start date. 

Stock On Hand

Represents current inventory based on the latest Excel import or update from the ERP, where volume converted to kg from current inventory input sheet, and value is inventory quantity into unit_price in Stocks or items input sheet depending on availability of data with high priority for stocks and then items. 

Sales History

Sales history from the beginning of the year up to the planning period start date.

Top 10 Items

Top 10 items in your portfolio calculated by taking sales history plus sales orders for the current month based on volume.

Sales Predictor

Here you can see the number of urgent items that require your attention. You can click this block to view the Sales Monitor page and the items marked as urgent. 

Sales Opportunity

Sales Opportunity is a data object that the Sales department can use to suggest and submit Sales Opportunities through the Sales Opportunity component of Arkieva.

Alerts

Here you can see the number of alerts that require your attention. You can click this block to view the Alerts. 

Forecast Entitlement

Select a combination where total forecasting value - (total of sales history and sales orders) is greater than the value you input.

Workflows Preview

Here you can see the information and progress of your plan processes created for your Workflow. 

You can also see if you have any open tasks that need your attention.

Team

Here you can see who is a part of your Arkieva Small Business team.

The information provided in this section are the names of the team members, when they were last active in the application, if they are currently online, if the member is an Owner or a User of the application, their role within the application, and if they have any open tasks. 

As an administrator, you can also invite new users to Arkieva Small Business by clicking the Invite Team Members + button. 

Additionally, you can send Microsoft Teams messages and Emails to team members by clicking the Send message on Microsoft Teams or Send an Email buttons.
