"Data on the Clipboard is not the same size and shape as the selected area" error?

When copying and pasting data into Arkieva across several lines and months, the "Data on the Clipboard is not the same size and shape as the selected area" error can occur. 

Source of the issue is the line separator in Citrix being different than English (United States) culture's default character.

• Font size too large or too small?

  Arkieva does not display well when the dpi settings are too low or too high. We recommend changing the device's display resolution (if possible) to 1920 x 1080 and the size of text, apps, etc. to be 100%.
