"Failed to load module from assembly Add-Ins" error?

The source of the problem is The Add-In (Scripting) module is attempting to create a folder in the user profile. It is primarily a windows network config issue (roaming profiles are not propagated or secured correctly). 

The module has been made more robust against this issue since the Jun Release. If using a version of Arkieva older than 5.0, the recommended work around is to remove the Arkieva.AddIn.Win.dll from the installation folder.
