Use the Help action within the application to search the Arkieva Small Business Knowledge Base for articles.
Home Tab
- Type a term into the search bar of the Home tab and select an article.
- The article will populate within the Help window.
Knowledge Base
Open the Knowledge Base tab to search the Knowledge Base directly within the application. Each category will show you the number of articles for that category.
Support
Send a support ticket to the help desk. Fill out the Contact Name, Email, Subject for the support ticket, Description of the issue, any Additional Information, and Priority level You can also attach an image of the issue. After the Case Information has been filled out, click he Submit button.
