Custom Reports

Reports allow you to view the data associated with the end of the Demand, Inventory, and S&OP processes. You can view system created Official reports or create Custom reports. 

There is a 100000 limit to the creation of custom reports.
 



  1. To start creating a custom report, select a Data Source from under the Data Sources section of the Custom Reports tab's Home tab. You can use the search bar to drill down through a large list of Data Sources.





  1. By default all data source items will be selected for the custom report. You can customize the report by unchecking and moving items in the Settings tab of the side drawer, and Filtering selected items. You can also toggle on or off Pivot mode. 

Data Source Items include: 



  1. Selecting and reorganizing items and filtering data will update the data in the grid in real time. 



  1. Click the Filter tab to launch the Filtering drawer to have access to the Add Filter button.








  1. Click Create Report and type a name for the report. Click save to save the custom report. 




  1. The Custom Report is now saved and opened as its own separate tab in the Custom Reports tab. 
  2. Going back to the Home tab we can see the Custom Report saved under the Quick Access section.




  1. And now that the custom report is saved, the Create Button is now an Update Report button. Whenever you want to save any changes to the custom report, click Update Report. 





Pivot Mode

To view a flattened data set without any subtotal levels while maintaining the paging functionality, enable Pivot mode in Settings, then enable Flat View in the Pivot Settings under Layout Settings.  A new option should be added to load the flattened data set without any subtotal levels while maintaining the paging functionality.















Right-Click Menu

Right-click the Report grid to access the right-click menu. 





Open in S&OP and Open in Collaboration

Right-clicking data in the Report grid and selecting Open in S&OP or Open in Collaboration will launch a separate tab with that data in a Planning Worksheet or in Collaboration.






Add Conditional Formatting

Right-click a column to have access the Add Conditional Formatting options. 




Click the +New Condition button to open the options for creating a new conditional format. 




Click Save to create the Conditional Format. 




Right-click the same column to access the Edit Conditional Formatting option. 






Export to CSV, Excel, and PDF

Right-click the report grid and hover the mouse pointer over Export, then select CSV Export, Excel Export, or PDF Export to export the report.






  1. When exporting, two popup toaster notifications will show: Export Report to File Started, and then Report Ready for Download. Click your notifications bell to view the notification showing the file and the download button.









  1. Click the Download button to save the exported file.
