Subscription

Use the Manage Subscription screen to upgrade your plan, change the primary account owner, or delete your account.

Configure Plan

Configure plan allows you to upgrade or downgrade your Arkieva Small Business plan.

Account Owners

Owners have the same permissions as administrators. In addition, owners can manage the plan subscription and re-assign account ownership. 

Delete Account

Deleting the account will irreversibly remove all data and remove all users. Click the Delete Account button to begin the process of deleting your Arkieva account.

OData Feed

Access supply chain planning data from external systems by using the provided link. An access token is required to use the feed. It can be used instead of a password or applications like Microsoft Power BI. Click the New Token button to get the feed code. Click Revoke to revoke the token.
