Unit of measure is mentioned for a quantity without a unit of measure in the system model?

The quantity itself does not have any unit of measure linked in the Setup Manager. See example below. 

Weight By Fact "BaseSales (FisCal)" is the reason "Cases" unit stays on "GrossSalesPrice". Any quantity that uses another for Weight By Fact will use its unit.
