Business Scenario

The Supply settings are available from the Settings section of the Navigation menu. Here you can view the Business Scenario Metrics, Available Algorithms, and Historical Metrics.

Historical Metrics

Create and manage historical metrics here to be used to save and display metric snapshots in the custom demand dashboard. The Historical Widgets in the custom demand dashboard pull this data from here.

DRP Configuration

Click +Add New to launch the Add DRP Configuration drawer to create DRP Configurations. 




  1. First create a Name for the DRP Configuration.

Engine Parameters
  1. Next, optionally select a Purchase Type, Production Type, and Transfer Type from their respective dropdowns, and optionally check whether or not to Discard existing types.
  2. Select a Horizon (All, Days, Weeks, Months).
  3. Optionally create a Filter.

Production
  1. Optionally, check whether or not to Allow Forward Minimum Run for production.
  2. Next, select Early Append Days, Early Append Days No Minimum Run, and Early Production Days.

Run Sequence
  1. Optionally select whether to Run Sequence by Initial Expedited Run, Fill Continuous Resources, and Make Production as Late as Possible.

Global 
DRP will consider "one" alternative route to make sure demand is met if the primary routes (which could be either the cheapest or fastest) cannot meet demand.
  1. If you choose to minimize transit time the DRP will select the route with less lead time or else it will select the preferred route.
  2. If you check 'Use Routing Selection', the system will first choose the preferred route to meet the demand.
  3. If the system is not able to meet the demand, then 'Minimize Transit Time Global' will choose the route.
