Manage Team

Invite team members to join your account, customize permissions, and remove users from your plan.




Invite a member to Arkieva

1. To invite a new user to Arkieva, click the Add New Member button.
2. The Invite New Team Member drawer will slide out. Fill in the person's First Name, Last Name, Work Email, and what their role will be in the application (User or Administrator).
3. Click Send Invite when finished filling out the form. The user will receive an email asking them to confirm their membership. 




Edit User 

To edit a user's name, role, data access, and email notifications, click the Edit button of that user's profile. The Edit Team Member drawer will slide out. Click the Edit button under the Read Access Security section. 








Click the Role dropdown to add or remove a team member from a role.





Role types and what they access:

Administrator
  1. Home
  2. Data Import: Other data, Master data, Transactional data
  3. Demand Planner: Demand dashboard, Segmentation, Lifecycle manager, Forecasting, Collaboration, Solventure Life
  4. Inventory Planner: Inventory analysis, Inventory policy, Supply history analysis
  5. S&OP: Capacity, Planning worksheet, Ladder planning
  6. Supply planner: Business scenario, Supply inputs, Vendor management
  7. Reports
  8. Settings
User

Demand Contributor (Planner):

Sales Opportunity Approver (Partner)

  6. Sales Opportunity Approver can not create new sales opportunities but only have permission to approve pending request.
Sales Opportunity Creator (Partner)

Click Add read access security to edit what data the team member can access. By default, users can view all data available in the planning environment.





Click Add Level to select a level from the dropdown, select Items to filter on under the Item section, then save.









Lastly an administrator can toggle on or off email notifications for the team member. Team members with email notifications enabled can go to the Notifications page in settings and select which notifications they want to receive emails for. All specific notifications are disabled by default.
