No constellations are shown in security when perspectives in the system model features an obsolete custom property. Removing the custom property will resolve the issue and show constellations in security.
This error occurs when a user is set to a culture setting that is not available in the OS. You have to change the culture setting in the environment or through SQL in [UserConfig] which will reset it to default.
