Activity Bell

The Activity Bell pane shows Notifications related to Actions within the application in relation to specific modules. These actions include: 
  1. Forecast run
  2. Import successful
  3. Outlier scan
  4. Publish demand plan
  5. Publish forecast
  6. Publish Inventory results
  7. Publish outlier
  8. Publish segmentation
  9. Publish supply plan
  10. Run engine completion
  11. Safety stock calculation
  12. Segmentation run


The Bell icon with a line through it is the Unsubscribe button. Clicking a notification's unsubscribe button will make it so that you do not receive any notifications for that item going forward in the notification drawer or as a popup notification. To receive notifications for that action, you will need to go to the Settings and again subscribe to it.

Click the Trash can icon to delete the notification.




Activity Bell commands

From the Activity Bell pane, you have additional commands that can be performed. 

Mute All Notifications

Hovering the mouse pointer over the Activity Bell icon and clicking Mute will allow you to disable the popup notifications from the application, but you can still view these notifications in the Notifications Drawer. 




Mark all as read

New notifications are highlighted in blue. When they are read the notification will have a white background. Clicking Mark all as read will remove the blue highlight from all new notifications. 




Filter

The Filter dropdown allows you to filter the notifications by the User who triggered an action, how far back into history to view action notifications (2 years of history), the module the action was applied to, and a checkbox to show only unread notifications. 




  1. First select a person you wish to see notifications from. 





  1. Hovering over the name of the person you wish to see notifications triggered by will show if that person is currently online, their permissions and access, and you can send them an email, or message them directly. 





  1. Next select a date range for the notifications.




  1. Next you can select a specific module to view notifications from. 




  1. Lastly select whether you wish to view only unread notifications.
