Supply Chain Alerts

The Alerts module scans your data to detect imminent supply and demand issues.
There are two ways to view alerts. To go to the Alerts page directly, from the Home page click the Supply Chain Alerts block. 



You can also click the Alerts button from the Toolbar navigation, click Go To, then click Open in Alerts to go to the Alerts page. 










Summarize alerts

Click the Summarize button to use Arkieva AI to summarize alerts. 





 

Viewing Alerts Details

To view an Alert, click the Alerts icon  in the top bar to open the Alerts Preview drawer. The Alerts Preview Drawer is used to access the main Alerts screen, or quickly generate a list of Alerts for a specified time frame. With the Alerts Preview Drawer open: 
  1. Adjust the date range to view Alerts that were generated within a specified time frame.




  1. Click the All Alerts button to go directly to the Alerts module.




  1. Click the Go To link to click Open in Alerts to navigate directly to the Alerts module, or click Open in Planning Worksheet to view the Alert in the Planning Worksheet module. 




  1. Click the Details link to view more details about the Alert, while staying in the Alerts Preview Drawer.



Alerts Screen 

On the Alerts screen: 
  1. Adjust the date range to view Alerts that were generated within a specified time frame. 





  1. Click the Alerts Count button to change the number of Alerts of each type shown to show 5, 15, or 25 alerts.





  1. Click the Details link to view a pop-out window of the details for the Alert.




  1. Click the Go To link to navigate directly to the inventory position for the item and location in the S&OP Planning Worksheet or in Demand Collaboration. 




  1. Click the Add Comment link to launch the Comment Pane to add a comment for the alert. 



Taking Action on Alerts 

All Alerts provide links to the S&OP Planning Worksheet, where you can correct imbalances by repositioning production, transfers, or procurements.
