Introduction
During your S\&OP meeting with the Arkieva Meeting Agenda, you can consolidate S\&OP contextual meeting action items. Capture planning assumptions, tasks, problems, and even collaborate with remote users all within a meeting system integrated with the Arkieva S\&OP suite and specifically designed for maximizing meeting productivity. Create a value-added S\&OP meeting assignment and note-taking process.

Create Agendas and Tasks
Click the Agenda button in the Team Ribbon to launch the Agenda pane. Type a name for the Agenda into the Enter new agenda name field and click the plus button (The plus button will highlight green once there is text in the empty field).
Type a description for the task in the Enter task details field. You can also create tags by separating the text with the @, #, and ## keys.
After typing a description, click the green plus button to launch the New Task window.
Type a name for the task in the empty field. Additional options in the New Task window are the Progress bar, assigned user, calendar, attached document, and priority.
Click Accept to create the task. Repeat the above steps to create additional tasks for the agenda.

Details
Search toggle\
Toggle the search bar on by clicking the magnifying glass button. Type key words into the search bar to drilldown the list of agendas. Previously searched keywords will be saved under the search bar in a dropdown.
