Arkieva analyzes your sales history to predict when you could expect future customer orders. And we highlight customers that haven't ordered based on their usual ordering pattern. You can use Sales Predictor to:
- See when a customer is most likely to place their next order.
- Identify and act on orders that are overdue.
Dependent Attribute Filter
The dependent attribute filter makes it easier to track all details of the sales predictor. Selection of custom attributes and a dependent attribute will reflect these values in the grid.
Urgency Levels
Sales Predictor will show what urgency a level is to help you know what requires your attention. You can sort the table by urgency level to see customer orders with the highest urgency.
Urgency Levels
- High: Customer has exceeded the expected reorder date
- Medium: Customer is approaching the expected reorder date
- Low: Customer is nowhere near the expected reorder date
Expand Item, Customer, and Last Order columns
- Click the arrow next to Item to expand the columns to see the Item Code and Consumption for that Item
- Click the arrow next to Customer to expand he columns to see the Customer Code for that Customer.
Click the arrow next to Last Order to see the Average Quantity, Days from Last Order, and Average Days Between Orders column information.
Master Details
Drill down into each item to view master details. View information on Inventory, Safety Stock, On Hand, Open Orders, Planned Consumption, Planned Procurements, Planned Production, and Planned Transfers To.
Timeline Chart
Use the timeline chart to see customer order history, the earliest date you can expect a new order, and the expected order date. If there are any open orders for the customer, these will appear in the chart also.
Click the Add Comment link to launch the Comments drawer to add a comment for yourself or your team members for potential follow-up actions.

Click the Arkieva AI Analysis button to view the actionable insights for the Sales Predictor.
